Also on the lower level is the large rumpus room with bi-fold doors opening the full width of the room to the ocean & the pool area. The rumpus also features a kitchenette with a bar table & stools with a large glass front bar fridge.

Garage, entry foyer, bathroom & laundry are also located on the lower level.

The upper level features the open main living, dining, kitchen & large balcony. Second bedroom with king bed, ensuite, walk-in robe & private balcony. Third bedroom with 2 queen beds, 2 way bathroom with mirrored built-in robe & private balcony. Fourth bedroom with bunk beds. Double on bottom & single on top.
