Deposits and Final Payment

To confirm your booking a 25% deposit is required. Deposit may be paid by credit card, direct deposit or cheque.

Balance is to be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Failure to pay balance within 48 hours of due date will result in cancellation of booking without deposit refund.

Cancellations

In event of cancellation, any amounts paid are not refundable unless the house is re-booked for the entire period. Should the cancelled dates be fully re-booked, 100% of money paid is refundable.

Change of dates

Should a change of dates be necessary, the balance of the full amount must be paid in order to change the dates of stay.

Payments

Conditions of Occupancy

The maximum persons permitted to occupy the house is 8. Additional persons may be permitted only by arrangement with management.

Additional persons not declared will incur a charge of $100 per extra person per night.

Parties, loud or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.

Violation of this condition gives management the right to end guests’ tenancy immediately without refund.

Check In / Check Out

The premises is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated no later than 10am on the day of departure.

Early Departure

No refunds will be given for early departure.

Cleaning

The premises are to be left in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so will incur a charge for extra cleaning.

Pets

Although much loved, pets are not allowed.

Bond

Management reserves the right to charge guests’ credit card for damages and breakages, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning and unpaid expenses.

We had the most perfect week. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

What a beautiful home in the most magical setting. We couldn’t have asked for more and Jason was so accommodating and helpful.

We’d stay again and again.

Sapphire Seas Beachhouse is every bit as good as it looks…..what an amazing location and truly fabulous house! We have stayed in a number of beach rentals up the coast from Sydney, but this is by far the best we have come across.

Jason is an excellent host and certainly has thought of everything in terms of designing one of the best beach houses. There was just our family (5 people), but the house is also perfect for 2 families wanting to share a holiday experience! We have booked our return trip already!!!

Highly recommended and I honestly think it would be hard to find anything better than this between Sydney and Brisbane!!!

This house is truly amazing, you could sometimes think you were in a different country. The house delivers everything it says plus more. Very comfortable for 2 families with all the mod cons and bits required for a relaxing holiday. We will be back

We all enjoyed our holiday at Sapphire Seas Beach house which was in immaculate order, and exactly as advertised. Our host was efficient and friendly. We recommend it.

The most luxurious house I have ever stayed in! Everything we were looking for and more – to our amazement, it was even better than the pictures.

Jason has thought of everything and is a very friendly host who made sure we had everything we needed. Saw plenty of dolphins and even a whale from the balcony. We will definitely be back soon.

Our party comprised of 2 parents, 2 grandparents from Scotland and 5 kids. We all had the best time at this fantastic property from relaxing in the spa to swimming in the pool, walking along the beach at sunrise or enjoying drinks on the upstairs deck watching the moon rise over the ocean!

This place certainly had the wow factor and we were very sorry to leave. Jason was a wonderful host and he couldn’t have done more to make us welcome.

***WOW*** What an awesome property and absolutely the best we have ever experienced by a mile. The position, house and all the facilities that anybody could want and dream for are at this beautiful beach house.

We had a wonderful stay and the kids never got bored, nor did we want to leave to go home. Thank you Jason for an exceptional property and your excellent service.

You can not get a better position than this – right on the sand, you’ve pretty much got sole use of the gorgeous beach out front. Truly magical.

The house does complete justice to the scenery, with everything you could ever want – from the spa bath in the master bedroom, to the coffee machine and plasma TV’s, there’s no reason to venture any further than the outdoor living area that overlooks the ocean.

Jason has thought of everything (we particularly like the hot tub!). Thank you – we had an incredible honeymoon at Sapphire Seas.
